SOME IMPORTANT QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE

OUR RETURN POLICY

We take utmost care and do stringent quality checks to ensure that the items are delivered to you in perfect condition. Our objective is to provide a hassle-free shopping experience to our customers. Hence, we provide you with honest images and exact specifications for you to make an informed decision.

 

We offer only exchange and have a no-refund policy. A product is eligible for exchange if it is wrongly delivered/damaged/broken or even if you are not satisfied with the quality of the product.

PLEASE NOTE – All of our products have been crafted by hand and may have slight irregularities or imperfections in colour or embellishment. These irregularities are the result of the human involvement in the process and add to the finished products charm while ensuring you have a one-of-a-kind piece. Locks/clasps of clutches may be slightly different depending on what is available during the manufacturing process.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS INCOMPLETE/WRONG OR MY PRODUCT IS DAMAGED?

If due to any reason, you receive wrong/incomplete order or damaged product, you are requested to send us an email at phulkariandzari@hotmail.com with copy of invoice/receipt and clear pictures of the product within 48 hours of receiving the product. Any request after 48 hours will not be entertained.

WHAT IF I DON’T LIKE MY PRODUCT?

In an odd case, if you do not like our products, we offer a 7-day exchange policy, except for the following items:

  • Items such as earrings and nose rings cannot be exchanged for hygiene reasons.

  • All items that are customised as per your requirements do not qualify for exchange.

  • To maintain a fair price scheme, all products sold in ‘sale’ are not liable for exchange.

  • Any used product will not be returned

For all other items, please send us a message by email at phulkariandzari@hotmail.com with a copy of receipt, pictures of the product and reasons for exchange within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product.

 

OUR PROMISE

On receipt of your email with required documents and pictures, our team of experts will review your request and convey our findings to you within 7 working days.

​

If your request is accepted, you will be asked to ship back the product(s) with original packing(s) to our office in London, U.K. Please take utmost care in repackaging and shipping the products to avoid any incidental damage during the return of items.

​

The exchange/refund for your returned product will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the package and store credit will be issued to you. The store credit will be equivalent to the original price of the product purchased less minor handling fee and can be redeemed on our website within 30 days from date of issue.

​

DO I HAVE TO PAY THE SHIPPING COST WHILE RETURNING MY PRODUCT?

Shipping cost will be borne by the customer. If you return an item on which you received ‘free delivery’, you will be provided with store credit equivalent to the amount paid less the combined packing and delivery costs incurred by us in sending you the item(s).

SHIPPING ​

Postage rates are determined by the weight of your item.

​

We use Royal Mail signed delivery for all our packages. 1st class delivery takes 1-2 days and 2nd class takes 3-5 working days. 

​

International deliveries can take up to 1 - 2 weeks delivery time.

​

Please don’t refuse a delivery. Unfortunately, refused deliveries will incur a cost of the original delivery plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return cost in the case of refused deliveries.

SHIPPING COSTS

​

Our postage costs within the UK is:

£3.95 for jewellery and shawls/dupattas

£6 for one suit

£12 for 2 suits or more (up to 2kg) for larger orders, please contact us through email on phulkariandzari@hotmail.com or DM us on insta.

for international orders, shipping is calculated once you add the product to the basket, but please feel free to get in touch if you have any questions.

SHIPPING ADDRESS​

​

If you need to modify your shipping or delivery information after your order has been placed, please Contact us as soon as possible. Shipping information, including delivery address, cannot be modified once the order has already been shipped.
